Who is Coach Danny Herz?
I love being part of a team. I understand people and how to motivate, supervise, inspire, and lead them to be the best possible versions of themselves.
I believe strongly in the importance of culture in any organization or team. Culture influences management, decisions and all business functions from accounting to production - and I am fortunate to be one of the preeminent influencers of a positive culture in North America. As noted author Peter Drucker once said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast" - and I used this as a base of my coaching career.
I want to assist you in enhancing and advancing your culture in your organization. A personalized Keynote from Danny to your organization and / or team will help move the needle toward having the culture that you want within your team.
Making an impact through education and athletics has been the motivating backbone of my 15+ year career in education. I was fortunate to coach high school basketball at a really high level, guiding so many young people toward their own athletic dreams - and doing it while teaching life lessons through athletics every single day. Integrity, loyalty and passion are the cornerstones of my outlook as a professional and as a person.
I was born in South Africa, earned my Bachelors degree from the University of Florida, and my Masters degree from Ohio University. I love the Gators more than most things in this world!
Bring Danny to speak to your group or your staff!
